ZOYALINK Child Safety Policy
ZOYALINK is committed to protecting children from all forms of exploitation and abuse. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against content and behavior that endangers minors.
Effective: October 12, 20261. User Age Limit
ZOYALINK is not recommended for users under 12 years of age, in line with our policy and app distribution requirements on Google Play. Account registration and use of the Service by children below this age is not permitted.
- Falsifying age information during registration is a violation and may result in the account being deactivated.
- If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 12, we will deactivate it and delete its data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Users who are minors are strongly encouraged to use the Service with the guidance of a parent or guardian.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Content Policy.
2. Prohibition of Child Exploitation & Abuse
Child exploitation and abuse are serious offenses. ZOYALINK absolutely prohibits, without exception, the following materials and activities:
Absolutely Prohibited Content & Behavior
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any image, photo, or video format.
- Content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming, including attempts to contact or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
- Extortion or threats directed at children using private or intimate material.
- Distribution of links, invitations, or guides to access child exploitation material in any form.
- Bullying, harassment, or content that endangers the safety and well-being of children.
3. Enforcement & Mandatory Reporting
To safeguard children and protect platform integrity, ZOYALINK enforces strict action without exception:
Immediate Content Removal
Any content identified as violating child safety rules is promptly removed by our systems or moderation team.
Permanent Ban & Balance Forfeiture
Offending accounts are permanently terminated. All account balances accrued from the Creator Program are forfeited.
Reporting to Authorities
Findings related to child exploitation material are reported to the competent law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in accordance with applicable law. ZOYALINK may also retain data needed for investigations as required by law.
4. Guidance for Parents & Guardians
We encourage parents and guardians to help keep children safe online:
- Accompany your child when using the Service and talk about the content they view or share.
- Remind children not to share personal data, such as addresses, phone numbers, or private photos, on profiles or public content.
- Teach children to tell you right away if they receive an inappropriate message or request.
- Parents or guardians who find a child's account below the age limit, or wish to request deletion of a child's account and data, may contact us through the details in the Reporting & Contact section below.
5. Reporting & Child Safety Contact
If you come across content or an account suspected of violating child safety rules, please use the Report button available on every post.
